Vegetable skewers with mozzarella and Tulip Quick Bites

Ingredients

  • 125 g Tulip Quick Bites
  • 200 g mixed vegetables (such as cherry tomatoes and cucumber or red bell pepper and mushrooms)
  • 100 g mozzarella, small balls or other cheese
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Drain the Tulip Quick Bites and fry them in oil in a frying pan for 4-5 minutes until golden.
  2. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and intersperse on skewers with cheese and the hot Tulip Quick Bites.
  3. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper and serve right away.
